Team Leader

Do I need to be a licensed plumber?
Our current openings call for hands-on plumbing experience — 4+ years for Service Technician and 6+ years for Team Leader. California doesn’t require an individual state plumbing license to work under our C-36 (CA Lic. 890196). Tell us your experience on the form.
What does it pay?
Service Technician is $34–$38/hour base; Team Leader is $40–$45/hour base — both depending on experience, plus bonuses and full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k) match, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays).
Do you provide a work truck and tools?
Yes — a company vehicle and the gear you need to do the job right.
Where would I be working?
Across Sonoma County — Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, Healdsburg, Windsor, Sebastopol, Cotati, and Sonoma. Local routes mean you’re home every night.
