Yes. Your technician diagnoses the problem, then shows you a fixed price for the fix. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price doesn't change if the job takes longer than expected.
How fast can you get here?
Same-day appointments are often available across Sonoma County. When you book, you get a real arrival window and a text with your technician's name and photo before they arrive.
What does the Make-It-Right Guarantee cover?
If our workmanship doesn't meet your expectations, tell us within 30 days and we'll come back and make it right at no charge.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Sonoma County, including Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Sebastopol, Sonoma, Forestville, Glen Ellen, Guerneville and Penngrove. We also come out to Cloverdale, Bodega Bay and other areas just outside our regular routes. An out-of-area service fee applies there, and we tell you the amount upfront.
What if I call after hours?
Call any time. After hours, our phone assistant can book a new appointment, move or confirm an existing one, or request a callback, in English or Spanish, and our office follows up first thing the next business day. We schedule all work, so there's no separate emergency line, but same-day appointments are often available.
Are estimates free?
Yes, estimates are always free. If we need to diagnose a problem first, diagnostic visits start at $99 ($129 for a tank water heater), and you approve the price before any work begins.
