The role

What you’ll do

  • Run the daily field operation and keep standards high
  • Work your own service calls
  • Scope, build, and present thoughtful estimates — respectful, never high-pressure
  • Coach and develop technicians on skill, customer care, and quality
  • Uphold Simeone’s standards on every job — arrival, home protection, documentation, and cleanup

You

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of service plumbing experience, including complex repairs and replacements
  • A track record running service calls and presenting and closing larger estimates
  • Natural leadership and the patience to coach and develop others
  • A valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Comfort with field software (we run on ServiceTitan)
  • Pride in craft, honesty, and a real commitment to customers and team
