Gina in customer service always answered the phone and knew who I was. LOL. She was an angel and was able to get us scheduled quickly even while we were waiting for permits to come in.
The guys who came out were the same guys we met originally who drew up our estimate. It's always nice to see familiar faces. They were informative and kept everything surprisingly neat and clean.
If we ever need any sewer or plumbing we will definitely be calling Simeone.

I started calling leak detection firms. They answered on a Saturday.I was relived and more so when soon after they had a guy on site I was already braced for backhoe and dump truck then a paving crew. He said he would get a contract done that day and test once it was agreed on. Then he proceeded to spend 20 minutes walking me though some tests I could try in the meantime. The second test paid off 50 bucks in parts and a hour and a half the meter on the street wasn't moving. He saved me probably thousands. Also helped me get the tenants water back flowing.In the process he explained his way out of a nice job. So That tells me his honesty and the honesty of his company he works for our he owns it I'm not sure his name was Micah Vasey.The integrity was unbelievable. Going now to get him a gift card at a nice restaurant. 10 stars

Within days Simeone Plumbing obtained an excellent boiler for us, and had it installed by Micah, their wonderful technician. Micah is not just a plumber, he is an artist! He soon had the new boiler and control panel humming, and his elegant copper piping work is beyond compare!
