Do you charge a trip or diagnostic fee?
Diagnostics start at $99. Your technician comes out, finds the actual problem and gives you an exact written price before any work starts — and we never bill by the hour.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Bigger jobs — water heaters, sewer lines, whole-house filtration — can be financed through Synchrony. Ask our office when you book or your technician on site, and we’ll walk you through the options before you decide.
What areas do you serve?
All of Sonoma County — Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Sebastopol, Sonoma, Forestville, Glen Ellen, Guerneville, Penngrove, and the surrounding communities.
