Sewer camera inspection — see what’s really going on underground.
We send a high-resolution camera down your sewer line and show you exactly what’s there — roots, cracks, bellies, or a clean bill of health. You watch the footage with us, and you keep it. No guessing, no pressure to fix what isn’t broken.

When a sewer inspection pays off
This is what we find before it floods your home
The failures that cause backups and sewage damage happen underground, where you can’t see them — until a camera does. Here’s a real example of what an inspection reveals, and the targeted fix it points to.
BEFOREAFTERLeft: a decades-old clay line cracked and completely choked by tree roots. Right: the same pipe relined with a seamless, jointless CIPP liner — smooth, root-proof, and installed through small access points with no trench.
What you get
Sewer camera inspection, end to end
Camera inspection & diagnosis
A high-resolution camera travels the full accessible line, from cleanout to main, while you watch on screen. We pinpoint cracks, root intrusion, bellies, and blockages to the foot — so any repair targets the right spot instead of digging blind.
Reporting & next steps
Every inspection comes with a recorded CCTV video and a clear written summary of what we found — solid documentation for your records, your realtor, or your contractor. We also locate the line and mark its depth, so any future work starts mapped.

Sewer inspection questions, answered straight
How much does a sewer inspection cost?
It’s a flat, upfront price we give you before we come out — far less than the repair it can help you avoid. No hourly surprises.
Should I inspect before buying a home?
Yes — especially on older homes. A standard home inspection does not include a sewer camera, and the lateral is one of the costliest things on a property to replace.
Do you have to dig up my yard?
No — a camera inspection is no-dig by design. We run the camera through an existing cleanout or access point and see the whole line from the inside. And if we do find damage, trenchless repair options can often fix it through small access points, too.
Can you tell exactly where the problem is?
Yes — the camera carries a locator beacon, so we can mark the problem’s exact spot and depth from above ground before anyone lifts a shovel. You watch the footage with us, keep a copy to share with your agent or for a second opinion, and we can email the written summary.
