We also come out to Cloverdale, Bodega Bay and other areas just outside our regular routes. An out-of-area service fee applies there, and we tell you the amount upfront.
Do you offer same-day plumbing in Sonoma County?
Often, yes. Same-day appointments are frequently available. Call (707) 892-0150 or book online and we'll book the soonest opening. If water is leaking, shut off the water first.
Will I know the price before you start?
Always. You get a fixed price upfront before any work begins, with no hourly surprises.
Do you handle both repairs and installations?
Yes. From a single repair to water heaters, repipes, gas lines and remodels, for homes and businesses across Sonoma County.
Do you charge a trip or diagnostic fee?
Diagnostics start at $99 (a tank water heater diagnostic is $129). Your technician finds the actual problem and gives you an exact written price before any work starts, and we never bill by the hour. Estimates for new installs are always free. Outside our regular service area, such as Cloverdale or Bodega Bay, an out-of-area service fee applies, and we tell you the amount before we book.
Do you work on rural homes with wells?
Yes. Alongside in-town homes, we work on rural properties across the county, including homes with private wells, pressure tanks and septic systems around Windsor, Sebastopol, Penngrove and the Russian River.
Where are you based?
Our shop is in Santa Rosa, at 3325 Regional Pkwy #6, and our technicians are on the road across Sonoma County every day. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, and you can book online any time.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Bigger jobs, like water heaters, sewer lines and whole-house filtration, can be financed through Synchrony. Ask our office when you book or your technician on site, and we'll walk you through the options before you decide.
