The full trenchless toolkit, matched to your pipe
A lot of companies dig and replace because it is all they do. We carry the full trenchless toolkit and recommend the method your line actually needs, not the one that is easiest to sell.
- CIPP pipe lining. A resin-saturated liner is cured inside your existing pipe, forming a smooth, seamless, jointless pipe with a design life up to 50 years. Our crews prep and install every liner in-house, never subbed out.
- Pipe bursting. When a line is collapsed or too far gone to line, we fracture the old pipe underground and pull a seamless new HDPE pipe into its place: a full replacement, all through two small access pits, with no trench across your yard. We do it on real Simeone jobs right here in Sonoma County.
- Sectional point repairs. One offset joint or a single crack should not mean repiping the whole line. We repair just the damaged section: a strong, targeted fix that is usually done in a single day.
- Epoxy pipe coating. We also restore aging cast iron drain lines from the inside, descaling the pipe and sealing corrosion and pinholes without opening walls or cutting concrete.
- Mole boring for water lines. It isn't only sewers: we install new water lines under driveways and roads with pneumatic mole boring, no open cut.

Small access points
One or two compact pits, usually at the ends of the run, instead of a trench.
Burst, line, or coat

Is trenchless as durable as digging and replacing?
Yes. The HDPE we pull in with bursting and the liners we cure are seamless, jointless, and root-resistant, with a design life up to 50 years, equal to or better than a conventionally installed pipe.
How long does a trenchless job take?
Most residential jobs finish in one to two days, including the access pits, the install, and the final camera. Traditional excavation often takes longer, and the yard repair drags on after.
Will trenchless work on my pipe?
Not always. If the line's path is intact, trenchless lining or bursting rehabilitates it through small access points, no trench. We'll tell you honestly whether trenchless is an option for your line after the camera inspection.
Does trenchless cost more than digging?
Often less overall. The repair itself is competitive, and you skip the thousands trenching adds for landscaping and concrete. Either way you get a fixed price first, and financing is available.
