The role

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose plumbing problems and explain them clearly, in plain English
  • Present honest repair and replacement options — never high-pressure
  • Perform quality repairs and installations across residential and light commercial systems: water heaters, repipes, drain and sewer, fixtures, gas lines, and more
  • Treat every home with care — shoe covers, drop cloths, and a clean job site
  • Document your work thoroughly in our field software (ServiceTitan)

You

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of hands-on plumbing service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
  • Able to run service calls independently — diagnose, quote, and complete the work
  • A valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and genuine respect for customers and their homes
  • Pride in your work and the drive to keep getting better
