Why does my toilet keep running?
Almost always a worn flapper or fill valve — an inexpensive, same-visit repair that stops a lot of wasted water.
Can you install a toilet I bought?
Yes — we set and seal your model leak-free, and check it’s complete before we start. We can’t warranty the fixture itself, but our workmanship is fully guaranteed.
My toilet rocks a little — is that a problem?
Yes — a rocking toilet breaks its wax seal and can leak onto the subfloor. We re-set it level on a fresh seal so it stays put.
Do you charge by the hour?
No — you get a fixed price approved before any work begins, so there are no surprises when the job’s done.
