Every flat-rate install includes
Pricing shown is our current flat-rate book price for a typical single-family home with standard access on the listed pipe size (1.25" and 1.5" versions available — quoted for your line). Long runs, difficult access, or code corrections are always priced upfront and approved by you first. Annual Halo maintenance available. Standalone on-site water analysis: $149 — covers hardness, iron, chlorine & operating basics for system design; it is not a certified health/lab test. Prices reviewed quarterly; last updated July 2026.

Halo questions, answered straight
Is Halo better than a traditional water softener?
Different jobs. Halo’s conditioners control scale without salt; a softener removes hardness minerals entirely. Very hard water sometimes still calls for a softener — or the Halo Hybrid, which does both. Your water test decides.
Does the Halo 5 need electricity or a drain?
Yes — the Halo 5 has an automatic backwash control head that plugs into a standard outlet and runs to a drain line, cycling about once a week to keep the media fresh — using roughly 30% less water than many systems. What it doesn’t need is salt.
How long does Halo media last?
Halo warranties the Halo 5 tank, control head, and media for 10 years — including one carbon-media replacement in that window. Real-world media life runs around 10 years (roughly a million gallons for a typical family); harder water or heavy use shortens it, which is why we track it on a maintenance plan.
