Make-It-Right Guarantee and Workmanship Terms

Simeone Plumbing, Inc. guarantees its workmanship as follows.

Claims

If you believe work we performed does not meet professional standards or the scope described in your estimate or invoice, notify us within thirty (30) days of job completion by phone, by email to service@simeoneplumbing.com, or by mail to 3325 Regional Pkwy #6, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Please include your name, the service address, and a description of the concern.

Remedy

Upon a timely claim, we will schedule a return visit at a mutually agreeable time, inspect the work, and re-perform at no additional charge any workmanship that does not meet professional standards or the agreed scope. Re-performance of the work is the sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee.

Opportunity to Cure

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work and a reasonable opportunity for us to inspect and correct it before engaging another contractor to alter, repair, or replace it. Work altered or repaired by others before we have had that opportunity is excluded from this guarantee to the extent of the alteration.

Exclusions

This guarantee covers workmanship only. It does not cover: (a) parts, fixtures, or equipment supplied by the customer; (b) pre-existing conditions of the plumbing, gas, or heating system; (c) damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, water quality, or acts of nature; (d) normal wear and tear; (e) conditions outside the scope of work described in the estimate or invoice; or (f) drain stoppages that recur due to the condition of the line, where that condition was disclosed at the time of service.

Relationship to Other Warranties

Parts and equipment we install are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties, which apply according to their own terms. Any labor warranty stated on your invoice or service agreement is separate from this guarantee and is not shortened or limited by it.

Scope

This guarantee applies to plumbing services performed by Simeone Plumbing, Inc. for the original customer at the original service address and is not transferable.

Your Legal Rights

This guarantee is a voluntary promise we make in addition to your rights under California law, including your rights under the Contractors State License Law administered by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Nothing in this guarantee waives, limits, or replaces any right you have under applicable law.
