Why is my water pressure low everywhere?
Often a corroded or restricted main line, or a failing pressure regulator. We diagnose which before recommending a fix.
My water looks rusty. Is that the pipe?
Usually, yes: old galvanized pipe corroding from the inside. A repipe restores clean, clear water.
What is repiping, and how disruptive is it?
Replacing the old pipe throughout the home with new. We work cleanly and in stages, and most homes stay livable throughout.
Can you replace the line under my driveway without tearing it up?
Often, yes. With trenchless boring, we can run a new line with little or no digging across your hardscape.
Can you find a leak under my slab without breaking up the floor?
Yes. We locate slab leaks with thermal and acoustic tools so the repair targets just that spot, and where it makes sense we reroute the line instead of opening the floor. See leak detection.
Is low pressure the city or my pipes?
A brief dip during peak irrigation hours, roughly 5 a.m. to 9 a.m., is usually the municipal system. If pressure is low all day, the cause is more likely in your home: a corroded line, a hidden leak or a failing pressure regulator.
Does a repipe need a permit?
Yes. Repipes and water service replacements are permitted work. We pull the permit and meet the inspector, so you don't have to chase it.
How much does a water line repair or repipe cost?
